Therabody Inks Deals With Arsenal, Bayern Munich

Recovery technology company Therabody has partnered with two European soccer giants: the Bundesliga’s FC Bayern Munich and the English Premier League’s Arsenal Football Club.
Bayern Munich, which has won eight straight German championships and last year’s UEFA Champions League, will implement Therabody’s tools, including the Theragun Pro percussive therapy tool, into its training, recovery and injury prevention programs.
Arsenal, a mainstay of UEFA Europa and Champions League competitions for the past two decades, will begin using Therabody solutions for its men’s, women’s, and academy teams.
Last week, Therabody announced a funding round led by 100 athletes and celebrities that included Jay-Z, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, James Harden, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, and Kevin Durant. The Los Angeles-based tech company has existing partnerships with other soccer powerhouses Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain.
