The heads of the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization and the Department of the Navy’s innovation arm will act as panelists during a Nov. 3 virtual event hosted by Executive Mosaic’s flagship Government Contracting Wire (GovCon Wire) to discuss the current military technology acquisition environment.
Douglas Packard, chief of DITCO and director of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s procurement directorate is scheduled to join Capt. Ben Van Buskirk, director of NavalX, at GovCon Wire’s Defense Acquisition Priorities Forum on Wednesday.
Christopher O’Donnell, acting assistant secretary for acquisition at the Department of Defense, will kick off the virtual event with a keynote address on the Pentagon’s top priorities and the role of companies in efforts to advance military capabilities.
