Welcome to the Jets waiver wire. Gang Green is about to be highly popular in Week 12 with Elijah Moore, Ty Johnson, Tevin Coleman and Jamison Crowder all seeing their roster percentage rise.

Moore (61 percent rostered) should be the prize of the waiver wire where still available. We've been saying to add him for weeks, and he just continues to produce with at least 12 PPR points in four games in a row, including two games with at least 27 PPR points over that span.

Zach Wilson is back under center for the Jets, and he needs to continue to feature Moore, who has at least six targets in each of his past five games. Moore should be considered a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues in Week 12 against the Texans, who have allowed nine receivers to score at least 11 PPR points in their past four games.

That matchup at Houston should help Crowder (46 percent) as well, and he can be a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in deeper leagues. Crowder has two games with 16 PPR points in his past four games, including three games over that span with at least seven targets and five catches.

The backfield for the Jets is wide open now with Michael Carter (ankle) out for at least two weeks, and we're headed for a committee with Johnson and Coleman. Most likely, Coleman will play on rushing downs, with Johnson continuing to have a role in the passing game.

Based on the Jets offense this season, I like Johnson (38 percent) better than Coleman (4 percent). Johnson, in tandem with Carter, scored at least 11 PPR points in four of his past six games, including three games with at least five catches over that span.

Johnson should be considered a high-end flex option against the Texans, who have allowed a running back to score a touchdown in seven of their past eight games. Maybe that helps Coleman as well, although he hasn't done much this season and missed four games due to injury. Coleman is a low-end flex option in Week 12.

Aside from the Jets, there are plenty of other guys to add off the waiver wire, so let's get to it.

Editor's note: For this waiver wire column, we are only looking at players rostered in less than 65 percent of CBS Sports leagues.

Week 12 Waivers
WAIVER WIRE
Quarterbacks
  • Injuries: Kyler Murray (ankle), Lamar Jackson (illness), Justin Fields (ribs), Baker Mayfield (shoulder), Jared Goff (oblique) and Zach Wilson (knee).
  • On a bye: Patrick Mahomes and Kyler Murray
  • Check to see if available: Cam Newton (73 percent rostered) and Jimmy Garoppolo (66 percent). In Newton's first start he scored 29 Fantasy points against Washington in Week 11, and now he faces a Dolphins defense in Week 12 that allows the fifth-most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this year. ... Garoppolo is averaging 21.8 Fantasy points per game in his past four outings, and now he faces a Vikings defense in Week 12 that allows the seventh-most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this year.
  • Drop candidates: Ryan Tannehill (98 percent rostered), Mac Jones (61 percent) and Justin Fields (49 percent). Tannehill could be down his top three receivers (A.J. Brown, Julio Jones and Marcus Johnson) in Week 12 against the Patriots, and the Titans have a bye in Week 13. If you're not starting Tannehill this week, you can safely drop him. ... Jones has one game with more than 12 Fantasy points in his past four outings and isn't a trustworthy Fantasy option in Week 12 against the Titans and likely in Week 13 at Buffalo. The Patriots then have a bye in Week 14, so Jones is a drop candidate if you're not using him in one-quarterback leagues. ... Fields is out for Week 12 at Detroit with injured ribs, and then his schedule gets tough with games against Arizona in Week 13 and at Green Bay in Week 14. It's safe to drop him in one-quarterback seasonal leagues.

Running Backs
  • Injuries: Ezekiel Elliott (knee), Alvin Kamara (knee), Aaron Jones (knee), Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle), Michael Carter (ankle), Elijah Mitchell (finger), Mark Ingram (knee), Kareem Hunt (calf), Chase Edmonds (ankle), Derrick Henry (foot), Jordan Howard (knee), Jeremy McNichols (concussion) and Rashaad Penny (hamstring).
  • On a bye: Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Darrel Williams, James Conner and Eno Benjamin.
  • Check to see if available: Miles Sanders (83 percent rostered) and J.D. McKissic (76 percent). Sanders came back from his three-game absence with an ankle injury and had 16 carries for 94 yards with a lost fumble, and now Howard is hurt. Sanders is back as a starting Fantasy option in all leagues for Week 12 at the Giants. ... McKissic has a great matchup in Week 12 against Seattle since the Seahawks are one of seven teams to allow at least 70 receptions to running backs this year. He's a good flex in all formats against Seattle, with his value higher in PPR.
  • Drop candidates: Devin Singletary (79 percent rostered), Mike Davis (77 percent) and Adrian Peterson (67 percent). You can make a case that Singletary and Zack Moss (79 percent) are worth dropping now that Matt Breida is getting touches in Buffalo's backfield, but I still like Moss more long-term. Buffalo has a tough upcoming schedule for its backfield against the Saints, Patriots, Buccaneers, Panthers and Patriots in the next five games. ... Davis didn't get a bump in Week 11 against the Patriots with Patterson out, and he's now scored five PPR points or less in four of his past five games. It's hard to have faith in Davis even in Week 12 against the Jaguars, especially if Patterson is back. ... Peterson failed to deliver against the Texans in Week 11 and has now scored 18 PPR points in three games since coming to Houston. You can't trust him in Week 12 at the Patriots, and then Tennessee is on bye in Week 13. It's easy to drop Peterson in most leagues.

Wide Receivers
  • Injuries:  CeeDee Lamb (concussion), Amari Cooper (illness), A.J. Brown (chest), Marcus Johnson (hamstring), Julio Jones (hamstring), DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring), Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle), Calvin Ridley (personal), Marquise Brown (thigh), Antonio Brown (ankle), Cole Beasley (ribs), Jarvis Landry (knee), Donovan Peoples-Jones (groin), Darnell Mooney (foot), Allen Robinson (hamstring), Tyler Boyd (undisclosed), Sterling Shepard (quad), DeVante Parker (shoulder), Will Fuller (finger), Jamal Agnew (hip), Allen Lazard (shoulder) and Curtis Samuel (groin).
  • On a bye: Tyreek Hill, Mecole Hardman, Byron Pringle, DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, A.J. Green and Rondale Moore.
  • Check to see if available: Brandon Aiyuk (80 percent rostered), Darnell Mooney (80 percent), Rashod Bateman (79 percent) and Michael Gallup (77 percent). Aiyuk should be rostered in all leagues and is back as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver. He's scored at least 18 PPR points in two of his past three games and has at least seven targets in three of his past four outings heading into a favorable matchup with the Vikings in Week 12. ... Mooney is the No. 1 receiver for the Bears, especially with Robinson hurt, and he scored at least 12 PPR points in four of his past five games. In Week 11 against Baltimore with Robinson out, Mooney had five catches for 121 yards and a touchdown on a whopping 16 targets. And now he faces Detroit in Week 12. ... Bateman could be the No. 1 receiver for the Ravens in Week 12 against the Browns if Marquise Brown remains out. Bateman had 14 PPR points in his last game with a healthy Lamar Jackson in Week 10 at Miami, and he's a borderline starter against Cleveland if Brown is out again and Jackson returns from his one-game absence due to an illness. ... Gallup will likely be the No. 1 receiver for Dallas in Week 12 against the Raiders with Lamb and Cooper both likely out. With Cooper out in Week 11 at Kansas City and Lamb hurt at halftime, Gallup had 10 targets but managed just five catches for 44 yards. Still, I like him as a borderline Fantasy starter in all leagues against Las Vegas if he's the No. 1 option for Dak Prescott because of Lamb and Cooper being out.
  • Drop candidates: Jarvis Landry (87 percent rostered), Allen Robinson (68 percent), Julio Jones (67 percent), Donovan Peoples-Jones (66 percent) and A.J. Green (64 percent). Landry is playing in pain and is hard to trust, even in a favorable matchup against Baltimore in Week 12. Cleveland then has a bye in Week 13. Peoples-Jones might not play in Week 12 and will be tough to trust even if he's active. Both Browns receivers are also struggling because Baker Mayfield is playing through multiple injuries. ... Robinson might not play Thursday and has struggled when healthy. There's little reason to roster him while he's hurt, and he's yet to top 10 PPR points in any game this year. ... Jones is only worth stashing if you have an IR spot. He's out for Week 12 at New England and then the Titans have a bye in Week 13. ... Green isn't worth holding with Arizona on a bye in Week 12. He only has one touchdown since Week 4.

Tight Ends
  • Injuries: Logan Thomas (hamstring), Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) and Adam Trautman (knee).
  • On a bye: Travis Kelce and Zach Ertz.
  • Check to see if available: Pat Freiermuth (83 percent rostered) and Noah Fant (75 percent). Freiermuth continues to produce and has scored at least 11 PPR points in three of his past four games, and the one time he failed to reach that mark was when Roethlisberger was on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Freiermuth has at least six targets in five games in a row and has become a must-start Fantasy tight end in all leagues. ... Fant comes off his bye with a great matchup against the Chargers, who are No. 2 in Fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Fant hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 6, but the Chargers have allowed four touchdowns to tight ends in their past two games.
  • Drop candidates: Jared Cook (58 percent rostered), C.J. Uzomah (53 percent) and Tyler Conklin (43 percent). Cook hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 6 and has combined for just 21 PPR points in his past four games. He's also been at five targets or less in each of those outings. ... Uzomah isn't going to help you when he doesn't score, and he hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 7. In his past three games he's combined for just 15 PPR points and 12 targets. ... Conklin was great in Week 10 against the Chargers with 16 PPR points, but I expected him to struggle in Week 11 against Green Bay, which happened with just six PPR points on three catches for 35 yards and three targets. He has another tough matchup in Week 12 at San Francisco, so you can drop him if needed.
