  • Two players each week can be promoted to the game-day roster, which increased in size to 55.
  • Six of the 16 players can have any number of accrued seasons.

Known/rumored Seahawks Practice Squad players so far:

The NFL transaction wire shows three previously unreported practice squad signings for the Seahawks, with WR Penny Hart, DT Cedrick Lattimore, and TE Tyler Mabry staying in Seattle.

UDFA OT Tommy Champion, who received one of the largest signing bonuses among Seattle’s UDFA class, has been added to the practice squad.

Defensive back Ryan Neal will reportedly stay in Seattle and sign to the Seahawks’ practice squad.

Lance Lenoir, a late addition to the Seahawks’ training camp roster, will stay in Seattle as a member of the practice squad.

Danny Etling, a seventh-round pick of New England in 2018 and member of their practice squad in 2019, will be on Seattle’s practice squad this time around. With the Patriots, he split time between QB and WR.

Undrafted WR Aaron Fuller stays in the Seahawks system, on the practice squad.

UDFA CB Gavin Heslop will reportedly return to the Seahawks as a member of the practice squad.

Cornerback Jayson Stanley, who also got reps at wide receiver during training camp, will join Seattle’s practice squad.

The first outside addition to Seattle’s practice squad has been reported, with former Eagles DT Anthony Rush headed to the Seahawks.

After making it through waivers unclaimed, it appears Shaquem Griffin will return to the Seahawks as a member of the practice squad.

Seventh-round pick Stephen Sullivan will reportedly join Seattle’s practice squad.

Cody Thompson, who enjoyed a positive camp before getting waived, will return to the Seahawks’ practice squad per reports.
