A lot of people will start driving toward the overpass today, only to perhaps say something colorful as they remember it’s closed. NIPSCO is working on overhead wires until evening, forcing the bridge’s closure March 29. On Saturday, March 27, crews were doing the same kind of work along Washington Street. Here they are, along with some motorists in the area. (No, they’re really there. It’s just that fog factor.)
