Direct Line Insurance Group PLC said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Tim Harris will be taking a leave of absence with immediate effect due to medical reasons related to a family member.
The FTSE-250 listed insurer said that current chief strategy officer, Neil Manser, will be acting as CFO during the interim period.
Mr. Harris is expected to return to his position later in 2021, the company added.
"Neil Manser also deputized as interim CFO pending Tim's arrival as CFO, between May and October 2019," Direct Line noted.
