Calls for Russian attacks on the United States and United Kingdom territories are being cried from Russian state media, according to Anton Gerashchenko, the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Gerashchenko took to Twitter on Saturday, tweeting a subtitled clip of a Russian state media analyst recently saying, "It does not hurt the United States that we are killing their mercenaries in Ukraine. It does not hurt that we are killing their troops that they have withdrawn into the reserves in Ukraine. We need to start hurting the United States and the United Kingdom on or near United States territory and on British territory this is obvious."
Meanwhile, battlefield maps and reports from Statista show that Ukraine has reclaimed nearly 375,029 miles of territory since last week. This update comes after the Russian retreat from the left bank area of Kherson.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the newly liberated city of Kherson on Monday and took part in a ceremony of hoisting the Ukrainian flag over the central square.

"This is a great pleasure for my heart and soul. I want to thank you for who you are and for returning Ukraine to the Kherson region. We are returning our Armed Forces, our state, our flag," Zelensky said in a press release.
Regarding the Russian state media claims, Gerashchenko told Newsweek on Saturday: "I think that in response to each of these claims the US should impose new sanctions on Russia and give more weapons to Ukraine. Then the issue will resolve itself."
On Tuesday, the U.S. imposed new sanctions on companies and people accused of being involved in the production or transfer of Iranian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) used by Russia in attacks on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
"As we have demonstrated repeatedly, the United States is determined to sanction people and companies, no matter where they are located, that support Russia's unjustified invasion of Ukraine. Today's action exposes and holds accountable companies and individuals that have enabled Russia's use of Iranian-built UAVs to brutalize Ukrainian civilians," Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen said Tuesday. "This is part of our larger effort to disrupt Russia's war effort and deny the equipment it needs through sanctions and export controls."
Reports from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), which is a U.S.-based think tank, indicated on Friday that Russian officials are preparing for more covert mobilization efforts even as the fall conscription cycle is underway. The ISW said this will likely lead to "further flooding the already overburdened Russian force generation apparatus in such a way that will be detrimental to the development of mobilized and conscripted servicemen."
